Meet Will

After interning at the Texas Supreme Court and graduating from the University of Texas Law School with Honors, Will Denham began his career at Baker Botts, LLP, one of the most prestigious and largest law firms in the world. There, for several years he learned how to handle highly complex cases.

Now, Will focuses on litigating difficult civil disputes with a focus on business and commercial litigation and personal injury cases. In both kinds of cases, Will draws from both the various aspects of the law that affect each case and a deep knowledge of how judges and juries work.

Will also adds value to his clients’ cases by offering a team approach to every problem. He has assembled an in-house team of diverse, highly responsive professionals to deliver exceptional client service. In high-stakes litigation, he joins with other lawyers to provide greater firepower, while keeping the small-firm touch.

Will is licensed in Texas, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., along with several federal district courts.

Will and his team work to respond to all calls and emails within one business day, coordinate with clients on flat-fee, contingency, and blended-payment arrangements, and offer free initial consultations.
